Who is this for?

Are you interested in learning how to play the cello? Do you currently play the cello and want to develop your skills? I offer affordable cello lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.

Why study with me?

I am a trauma-informed, kind, patient, and thoughtful teacher with experience playing in major orchestras and performing throughout the United States. I have taught students of all ages and levels. I studied Suzuki as a child and am in the process of getting certified as a Suzuki instructor. I have undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where I studied with top instructors.

Where are lessons offered?

I teach at my home studio in Louisville, KY, as well as at various local music schools. I also offer lessons online.

How much will it cost?

Rates depend upon your financial situation. I offer scholarship rates through Broadway Baptist Church.

What if I’m not sure about taking lessons?
